Refund policy
All sales are final. However, we do accept exchanges for items of equal or greater value within 60 days of purchase. We are not responsible for the cost of shipping on returns or exchanges. All returned items must be in salable condition. Customers are responsible for packing all returned ceramics according to FEDEX, UPS or USPS shipping guidelines. Corsair Ceramics is not responsible for any broken or damaged ceramics shipped by the customer.
